WebWeavr provides website design, development, branding, SEO, and related digital services. The scope, timelines, and pricing for each project will be defined in a written proposal, quotation, or agreement.

2. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information for project execution.

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content (logos, text, images, videos, etc.) you provide to us.

• You agree not to misuse our website or services for unlawful purposes.

3. Payments

• Project fees must be paid as per the agreed milestones.

• Deposits are non-refundable once the project has started.

• Delayed payments may pause or terminate services.

4. Intellectual Property

• All designs, code, and deliverables remain the property of WebWeavr until full payment is received.

• After final payment, ownership of completed work is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

• WebWeavr may showcase completed projects in its portfolio.

5. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to deliver quality services, but we are not liable for:

• Any business loss, data loss, or downtime resulting from use of our services.

• Third-party services (hosting, plugins, integrations) beyond our control.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payments are not made on time.

• The client engages in misconduct, illegal activity, or breach of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.
